Christmas Hours are:
Monday – Friday = Normal Schedule
I see other gyms closing and taking days off. Not us, only the weak do that. As a gym owner, I made a commitment to be there for my members to get stronger and faster. There’s a difference between rest days and holidays. Training does not stop because it’s a holiday. If your gym is closed, you might want to re-think where and what your training is about.

Friday there will be one class at 10a.m. Come out and set a P.R. in the Deadlift.
Saturday there will only be one class from 9a.m. – 10a.m. That will be the “fat/weight loss” class. Come out and bring a friend. The cost is only $10 per person.
Open Gym will be from 11a.m. – 12p.m.

8a.m.-9a.m. – Skill set class going over Kipping Pull ups, Rowing technique, and Double unders.
9a.m.-10a.m. – Cardio based Fat/weight loss class.
For the month of Dec. If you bring a friend and they sign up for the unlimited package, you will recieve the month of Dec. for FREE. If they sign up for the 2x per week package, you will only pay $50 for the month of Dec.

8a.m. – 9a.m.- Skills set class. Rowing form and double unders will be covered in this class. There will also be a “Odd Implement” workout.
9a.m. – 10a.m.- Cardio based fat/weight loss class. If you are looking at losing some fat and dropping weight, this class will help you get there faster.
Each class is $10 per person.
